Your Path to a Real Estate License
Complete Pre-License Education
Indiana requires 90 hours of approved pre-license education. Courses are available online and in-person through approved providers. We can recommend the best programs to get you started fast.
Pass the State Exam
After completing your coursework, you'll take the Indiana real estate licensing exam administered by PSI. The exam covers both national and state-specific real estate principles. We provide study guides and tips to help you pass on the first try.
Choose Your Brokerage
